Celebrate the Holiday "Spirit"

Printer-Friendly Format

Another year is nearly coming to an end. For some people it's a time of reflection on what they've done over the past year. For others, there's anticipation and eagerness to begin the new year!

This has been a trying year for a lot of us (me included) so I just want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have joined the site and for your continued support via contacting me for suggestions, buying products through the constantfitness.com store, reading the feature articles or telling your friends about the site. As we enter the new year, here are a few more things to ponder:

  • Be giving in every level of your life: Greed and materialism may lead to suffering. De-clutter your life and foster your relationships at work, personal, and social activities.
  • Raise your EQ: By cultivating your emotional quotient, you may become better with conflict resolutions. Act out of love, instead of hatred.
  • Create time for spiritual health: Set aside some time for meditation or down-time. Be creative in finding contentment in your life.
  • I invite you to share your thoughts (e.g., ask a question, or post something that relates to "giving") in the Discussion Forum and you'll get another free year of membership to the site!

As always, please consult your health and/or medical professional for any questions.
