Take Care of Your Spirit
Every once in a while, or whenever possible, take a whole day off. Yes, a WHOLE day. Even Dr. Andrew Weil recommends taking a day off every week. No television, computer, or e-mail. Don't go shopping. Take a break from the world by going hiking, doing meditation, or
reading a good book you've been meaning to read. By taking care of your mind and spirit, you may feel more energized, and have more clarity to tackle present and future challenges more effectively. As always, consult your health or medical professional for any questions.
